Sudoku: Killer

Sudoku: Killer on iqpi.io is Sudoku with cages and sums: play against a live opponent or in single-player. Free play, rated Buy-in in IQPIC, and Sudoku prize tournaments are available.

Created in the same form as classic: /game/create/sudoku → variant Killer. Plain Sudoku without cages: Sudoku.

Sudoku: Killer rules

All classic Sudoku rules apply (row, column, block). Additionally:

  • the board is divided into cages (dashed outline);
  • each cage shows the sum of its digits;
  • digits in a cage do not repeat and add up to that sum.

There are fewer (or no) given clues at the start — depending on generation at the chosen difficulty; you rely on cage sums and logic.

Duel win and error limit work as in classic Sudoku.
